We are confident in the quality of our human hair extensions and invite you to experience it for yourself!
To give you peace of mind when purchasing hair extensions, we offer a voluntary 3-month guarantee on all of our extensions.
The prerequisite for this is the purchase and use of our hair care set, which has been specially tailored to our extensions.

We offer a voluntary three-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If the purchased extensions become matted or tangled, the provider will provide a replacement. To do so, the customer must return the extensions in full to Global Extend before new ones are dispatched. The provider reserves the right to refuse a replacement if the extensions have been treated improperly or deliberately damaged. Global Extend's care instructions must be followed from the first day of wearing the hair extensions.

The compensation claims are limited to the extensions only, not to the application and removal of the hair extensions or other costs that may be associated with the hair extensions.
Click here for the care setClaims for compensation only exist if the extensions are unusable and unwearable. Normal wear and tear in the form of colour fading, dryness, split ends and hair breakage are excluded from the guarantee. The provider does not give a guarantee on the waves and curls of the extensions - the customer must ensure that the curls are retained (Global Extend customer service can provide tips on this). The guarantee is void on hair extensions that have been treated by the customer with hair dye, colour, tint, bleach or perm. Any guarantee claims due to allergies to foreign hair and attachment points are excluded. The customer undertakes to inform himself or herself about incompatible substances from Global Extend customer service before purchase.
The guarantee only applies if the Global Extend care series was purchased together with the extensions. The care set consists of 2x shampoo, 2x hair mask, 1x argan oil, 1x heat protection spray, 1x detangling spray. The customer undertakes to only use the Global Extend care series. The guarantee is void if third-party care products are used. If a certain product is essential for the customer, e.g. for health reasons, this must be agreed with Global Extend. An exception is possible, but must be confirmed by Global Extend in writing or by email.
The guarantee does not affect the consumer’s warranty rights.
